Aqua&sauna center regulations

  • The duration of one visit is 3 hours.
  • When purchasing a discounted ticket, please present a valid document confirming your eligibility.
  • Hotel guests may enjoy unlimited access to the water and sauna spa during opening hours.
  • The youngest members of the family must wear a swim diaper.
  • Children under the age of 16 may visit the water and sauna centre only when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety.
  • Children aged 16 and over may visit the water and sauna centre independently, provided they can ensure their own safety in the water and saunas and respect other guests.
  • You will receive a wristband at the water and sauna spa reception, which allows entry to the spa and access to your locker in the changing room.
  • Do not exchange wristbands or take them outside the water and sauna centre. Please return the wristband to the spa reception when leaving. A compensation fee will be charged for lost wristbands according to the price list.
  • Please move calmly in the water centre. Running on slippery floors is not permitted.
  • Please be considerate of group classes taking place in the main pool. During scheduled training sessions, the main pool is closed to other guests.
  • Ticket sales end 1 hour before closing time each day.
  • To purchase food and drinks at the spa café, please use your wristband. Do not forget to settle your balance at the spa reception before leaving.
  • Smoking, consumption of strong alcoholic beverages, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited in the water and sauna centre.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings. The water and sauna centre is not responsible for items left in lockers. Forgotten items are stored for 7 days.
  • Guests are expected to treat the facilities and equipment with care. In case of intentional damage to property, the guest is required to compensate for the damage in full.
  • Please follow all informational signs and notices in the water and sauna centre.
  • Your health and safety are important to us. Please be cautious, as floors may be wet and slippery. We recommend wearing footwear with rubber soles.
  • Please shower before entering the water and sauna centre. If possible, remove makeup and tie up long hair.
  • Hair colouring, use of body care products (scrubs, masks, oils, etc.), shaving, and washing clothes are not permitted in the spa facilities.
  • Meriton Sport and the Wellness Spa are not responsible for injuries or other health issues.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the water and sauna centre staff.
  • Our staff has the right to address inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. The spa also reserves the right to suspend the validity of a guest’s ticket without compensation in case of violation of the rules.
  • In accordance with hygiene requirements and chlorine vapours, it is recommended to use the Finnish sauna without swimwear. Please use water moderately when pouring steam, taking other guests into consideration. Ice must not be used, as it may damage the heater. Showering is mandatory after using the sauna and before entering the pool.
  • Saunas are switched off at 21:30.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these internal rules.
