Qigong

The teachings of the Chinese on energy utilization are known as Qi Gong, or the cultivation of internal energy.

Qi Gong is a system of exercises aimed at maintaining and healing health, which can be mastered by anyone regardless of their background, knowledge, or age. Systematic and regular practice of Qi Gong strengthens qi (life energy), promotes healing, creates a sense of overall well-being and lightness, improves mood, induces a state of freedom and relaxation, helps maintain youthfulness and beauty, and positively affects the mind, nervous system, and the entire organism. It trains muscles without straining or injuring joints and prevents age-related diseases. Qi Gong is beneficial for the recovery of injured limbs. It helps you ground yourself, focus, and think clearly; truly understand your emotions and deal with them calmly and impartially. It makes you quicker and stronger.

Through Qigong techniques, it is possible to regulate and balance the movement of Qi in the body, in other words - to self-heal.

All exercises are performed standing up, stretching, bending, and extending oneself. The goal is to balance the movement of energy in the body, allowing the body to heal itself.
