Shindo is a system of massage, stretching and relaxation exercises from Japan, where thousands of years of oriental wisdom and the latest knowledge of human anatomy and physiology meet. In Shindo class, we do 6 simple stretching exercises that affect the 12 main energy channels flowing in our body. We stay in the stretch for 6-10 minutes. Deep breathing and massage ensure the effectiveness of stretches. Exactly! To go deeper, the trainer supports the stretchers with a light massage.
