TRX Circuit Workout

TRX Circuit Workout is a total-body, calorie-busting workout. Great for intermediate and advanced TRX-ers. Fast, fun and effective, TRX bodyweight training builds muscle, burns fat, increases flexibility and improves endurance.

The workout is intended to be done as a circuit, moving from exercise to exercise, with minimal rest. After you have finished all of the exercises, rest for a few minutes and repeat the whole circuit two to three times.When doing exercises, everyone can choose the tools with the appropriate difficulty and do the exercises at their own pace. Before the start of the workout, it is recommended to do a pre-warm-up on a cardio machine of your choice. TRX circuit training is a great alternative to a classic gym or group training!
